Shifting to D2C: GoodMylk Co.

When the coronavirus pandemic began closing restaurants in March 2020, GoodMylk had to pivot from a majority wholesale business servicing coffee shops to a D2C-focused brand. LR Consulting worked with founder Brooke Harris to expand the company’s D2C marketing efforts including an audit of existing customer communications and sales funnel activities. After a UX review, LR Consulting recommended changes to GoodMylk’s shop, resulting in a 30% increase in sales in less than two weeks.
